HANDS ON. HANDS IN. WHOLE BODY.

Your body works as a whole.

Pelvic PT often looks at the pelvis alone. Here, posture, breath, the nervous system, and the pelvis are cared for as one system, because they work as one in birth. The patterns your body carries into pregnancy can shape how it adapts as birth unfolds.

Birth asks the pelvis to adapt again and again as pressure shifts and tissue yields. We build that adaptability, plus the understanding and intuition to let your body move as it needs, when it needs.

MEET KELLY, PT, DPT

Pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy, centered on birth

I'm Kelly, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pregnancy, birth biomechanics, and undisturbed physiology, and a mother of four. After years of helping women recover from birth, I wanted to meet them earlier, while they are still preparing.

Cardinal Birth brings clinical skill and deep respect for birth together, so you can prepare your body and trust yourself.

GROUP CIRCLE · FOR GIRLS + THE WOMEN IN THEIR LIVES

The relationship with your body begins long before birth.

First Moon Circles honor a girl's first period as a meaningful transition, with space for body literacy, curiosity, and connection with other girls and the women who love them.
